Anika Athman is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who graduated from St. Cloud State University. Anika has experience working with adolescents and adults of all ages.
Anika strives to be the type of therapist she would want to see. She keeps it real and genuinely cares about each client she works with. She understands the vulnerability her clients face to engage in therapy and she ensures they feel respected, supported, and empowered to make the changes they set out to change.
Markie is a graduate from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs with a master’s degree in Counseling & Human Services. She has over five years experience working in outpatient clinics, school settings, and private practice. She is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and is able to see clients in both Minnesota and Wisconsin.
Markie’s approach with clients includes a promise to show up with authenticity, humor, and ability to create a safe space to allow you to share your story and when necessary, call you on your BS. She works to meet each client where they are in their journey through a holistic approach and walk with you towards healing.
Markie is passionate about working with: depression, grief and loss, chronic illness and other medical conditions (including those receiving treatment), high achievers, burnout, perfectionism, caregivers, athletes/sports performance and those going through life transitions including: retirement, empty nesters, becoming a parent, changes in values, and college.
Markie also works with schools, non-profits, and organizations to develop and provide trainings to meet staff professional development needs.
Kaylee Sylla is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a graduate degree from St. Cloud State University. She has experience providing therapy to individuals and families across all stages of development, but has primarily worked with kids and adolescents ages 5+.
Kaylee takes a systemic approach to therapy believing that incorporating both the individual as well as their environment and support system into therapeutic process is essential for lasting change. She finds art is a useful tool in working toward mental health and creativity is often utilized in treatment. Special interests include working with LGBTQIA+ youth and those struggling with depression, anxiety, and strengthening families and relationships facing conflict.
Jade is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who graduated from Capella University. Her training and experience have led her to work with various age groups but she primarily focuses on adolescents (13+) to adults.
Jade believes that life can sometimes be challenging, but no one should have to feel alone in that process. Jade ensures a therapeutic space where everyone can feel comfortable to explore their challenges while making positive changes. She believes in the nature of the therapeutic relationship and will meet you with a collaborative and authentic approach each and every session. Jade is honored to share this journey with you.
Kendra is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who graduated from St. Cloud State University with a Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling. Kendra has experience working with kids, adolescents, adults, and families.
Kendra has a passion for supporting people through life’s challenges and encouraging them to be their authentic selves. Life can be hard and it is her goal to support you, instill hope, strengthen relationships, and give you the tools necessary to roll with what life throws at you. She utilizes a strengths-based, person-centered approach while utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and family therapy interventions.
Special areas of interest include; anxiety, depression, adverse childhood experiences, transitional issues, disability, medically complex, and career challenges.
Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a safe space, effective therapeutic strategies, and customizing an individualized treatment plan.
We promise to be there for you every step of your journey. Our goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.

Anxiety, depression, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that some experience.
